What affects the price
There is no single rate because every space is different. The quote depends on the floor area, how often we clean, the initial condition, the schedule, the type of surfaces (floors, windows, height) and the consumables we restock. We detail it in writing, item by item.

We take care of the cleaning products and equipment. If you prefer us to use yours, we agree it in the quote.
Do I need to be present?
Not necessarily. You can give us access, with keys or codes that we log and keep safe, or be there yourself.

Is the staff insured?
Yes. The team is registered and we hold public liability insurance. If you need it, we can provide the documentation.
When can you start?
Once the quote is accepted, we agree a start date based on your calendar and our availability.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, an invoice with all tax details, in the name of the person, company or community hiring us.
